FAQ'S

What is needed?

• Supply us with an image; it can be a photograph, company logo or illustration. You can send it to us via email, on a disc or you can bring a photograph into the shop and we’ll scan it for you.We’ve also got a selection of images that might be suitable for you to use.Images need to be in pdf, jpg or tiff format and high resolution for printing purposes. (If scanning images set the resolution at 300dpi.) Images taken directly off websites are usually on 72dpi and will not print without appearing blurry. If in doubt, give us a call.

• Decide on the text you would like on the label. E.g., Happy Birthday Mick”, Tim and Claire’s Wedding Day”, “Thanks for your support”, “Merry Christmas”, “Sandy’s Sauvignon Blanc” etc. We can pretty much put anything on a label, as long as it’ll fit. If you are having trouble thinking of what to say it might help to have a look at our suggestions.

• Choose your wines. Select from our range of over 70 wines in all styles including rose, sparkling, sticky and ports. Orders need to be in straight dozens.

What size are the labels?

The label size we use is 97mm x 68 mm. This size can be used in bothportrait and landscape and covers all bottle sizes, be it tall Rieslingstyles bottles, squat Pinot Noir bottles and even half bottles.

Is there a restriction on the colours I can use?

No, there is no restriction, though printing is digital so while wecannot guarantee exact colour replicas the representation is alwaysvery precise.

Can I design the label myself?

Of course, as long as the labels are the correct size and in thecorrect format that’s fine. Let us know if you’d like to and well sendyou the necessary specs.

What is the minimum order?

We’ll do anything from a dozen bottles to a thousand cases.

Can I order a mixed dozen?

No, I’m afraid orders need to be in dozen lots please.

How long does it take?

Around 7 to 10 days, though we can usually turn things around quicker if needed.

What does it cost?

Personalised labels are only $12 per dozen, on top of the wine. Thisincludes ALL design and print work – there are no extra set up feesinvolved. You get a great value wine, at up to 70% off retail pricesand a label for a dollar a bottle.
